Yes, in fact training during your pregnancy will help you feel better throughout and will make your delivery and recovery faster and easier.

It is ultimately up to you, but two or three times a week is recommended.

We will schedule them together weekly unless we have a standing appointment.

Private training sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be credited back to your account. No shows will count as a used session.

We have monthly memberships for semi-private training and small group classes and encourage you to explore those options as well.

No, there is no required minimum commitment to begin personal training. However, we encourage clients to stick with it for at least six months to see the best results.
