Since becoming a certified personal trainer in 2011, I've had the privilege of helping clients build strength they never thought possible, break through self-sabotaging patterns, feel empowered instead of intimidated, and hit goals they once thought were out of reach.
How I Got Here
I wasn't always the confident, healthy person I am today. In my 20s, I was out of shape, smoking a pack a day, and unhappy with the direction of my life. One decision to finally take action changed everything.
Fitness didn't just transform my body - it changed how I thought about myself, how I showed up in the world, and what I believed I was capable of. That experience is exactly why I coach the way I do today.
Why I Love My Job
The best part of my job is watching someone believe in themselves again - sometimes for the first time. Fitness gave me my life back, and now my mission is to help you build a stronger, healthier, more confident version of yours.
